Our Software
We provide free training for users of our custom software and
specialty solutions.
For efficiency and flexibility, we recommend a "train the trainer" approach,
where we will work with you to develop key people in your organization.
Those key people will become your "experts," who can train others, and who will
act as primary contacts for Technical Support. As always, we will work
with you to find the best solution.
Professional Training Series: Overview
We are proud to offer our Professional Training Series sessions, which
present attendees with information that they can both understand and actually use.
The training depth ranges from tutorials (about 1 hour) to seminars (about
4 hours).
We can customize any session, or develop a completely new session, to suit your
needs.

Other Resources for Training
Most contemporary software includes well-written help files that, in many
cases, can guide "self-learners" in the use of the software, without the need
for formal training.
You can go online to find information.
* Some Internet sites have free interactive tutorials for topics
such as web page scripts, VBA programs, XML, etc.
* There are "news groups" where you can find the questions
(and answers) that other people have written, and you can also ask your own
questions.
Also, your local Community College or Adult Learning Center may offer tutorials, seminars, or courses in a given topic.
