Handi-Beams 4.0, our beam calculation program, saves Engineers time in calculating stresses, deflections, and optimizing beam sections (when meeting criteria specified by the Engineer). We have both a free shareware version and a commercial version of Handi-Beams 4.0. The shareware version performs all of the same calculations as the commercial version, except that it does not include the AISC Shapes Database.
CNCAuto is our custom approach to the automatic creation of CNC programs for tabular drawings. It lets Engineers avoid making to-scale drawings of repetitive products that are used solely to create CNC programs. If you have a few generic parts, with many different combinations of dimensions and optional features, CNCAuto can save time and, in many cases, substitute for expensive CNC programming software. This is especially true if it is used in combination with G2DWG, which can verify the accuracy of the resulting CNC program.
G2DWG, our custom utility for visually verifying 2D and 2.5D CNC programs, converts CNC G-code programs into AutoCad drawings (including those from CNCAuto), and allows the programmer or Engineer to quickly identify errors in the CNC program.
